Job Description

Responsabilidades Principales:

Inteligencia de Negocios:

  • Recopilar, analizar y presentar datos de ventas para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y desafíos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener paneles de control (dashboards) en Power BI para el seguimiento de métricas clave de rendimiento (KPIs) de ventas.
  • Aplicar conceptos de inteligencia de ventas para mejorar la toma de decisiones y la planificación estratégica.

Soporte al Equipo de Ventas:

  • Proporcionar soporte analítico al equipo de ventas para la optimización de rutas, territorios y estrategias de ventas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la implementación de iniciativas para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad en el canal tradicional.
  • Desarrollar y mantener herramientas y recursos para facilitar el trabajo del equipo de ventas.

Análisis del Mercado Ecuatoriano:

  • Realizar estudios de mercado para comprender las dinámicas del canal tradicional en Ecuador.
  • Monitorear la competencia y las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Adaptar las estrategias de ventas a las particularidades del mercado ecuatoriano.

Mejora Continua:

  • Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos de ventas y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
  • Participar en proyectos para la optimización de herramientas y sistemas de ventas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas en inteligencia de negocios y operaciones de ventas.

Requisitos:

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con operaciones de ventas, inteligencia de negocios o análisis de ventas.
  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo, preferiblemente con enfoque en el canal tradicional.

Conocimientos:

  • Sólido conocimiento del modelo de ventas en Ecuador, especialmente en el canal tradicional.
  • Dominio de Power BI para la creación de paneles de control y análisis de datos.
  • Comprensión de conceptos actuales de inteligencia de ventas y su aplicación práctica.

Habilidades:

  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para comunicar ideas de manera clara y efectiva, tanto de forma oral como escrita.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas de la organización.

Educación:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o campo relacionado.

Idioma:

  • No es un requisito, pero se valorará el dominio del idioma inglés.
