Job Title: Warehousing and Logistics Manager

Description:

The Warehousing and Logistics Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and documenting policies, processes, and procedures for safe and legally compliant warehousing and logistics operations. This includes efficient and cost-effective storage and movement of materials and products within the warehouse and throughout the production system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and documents policies, processes, and procedures for warehousing and logistics operations
• Analyses and reports on performance, capacity, and volume of warehousing and logistics activities
• Ensures receipt of finished products according to company procedures and oversees placement into warehouse
• Monitors inventory accuracy and assets through stock take/inventory controls and root cause analysis
• Works closely with other functions to ensure adequate and appropriate inventory and storage is available to meet customer demands
• Resolves complex issues arising from variances with relevant parties
• Oversees accurate and timely data entry of all warehouse and related activities into software applications and databases
• Provides leadership to warehouse personnel and ensures efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility
• Reviews and monitors daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure warehousing and logistics operations are meeting expectations

Requirements:

• Professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related fields
• Master's degree, preferably
• English fluency (B2 or higher)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, and 5 years leading Warehousing in multinational companies
• Best practices in safety and continuous improvement

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
