Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Capital Raising Associate.

The Capital Raising Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing capital raising opportunities, managing investor relationships, and facilitating investor communication.

The role includes preparing marketing materials, conducting due diligence, presenting investment opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Capital Raising Associate will collaborate with internal teams to support the capital raising process and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Capital Raising, Investor Relations, and Marketing
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Financial Analysis and Due Diligence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Legal Documentation
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in real estate investment is a plus
