Customer Service Representative – ENGLISH Required

About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who's highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership of scheduling, accounting, purchasing, and system management through Housecall Pro.

You'll play a key part in keeping the business organized, efficient, and responsive to both customers and technicians in a busy HVAC environment.

Please note:
This is an English-speaking role. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities


Training & Software Use:
Receive direct training on daily operations and company systems.
Learn and master Housecall Pro (through online resources and hands-on practice).
Maintain and update job and estimate data within the system.
Help build and organize the company's Good / Better / Best pricing system within Housecall Pro.
Assist with improving and streamlining accounting and purchase order processes.


Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule and assign daily jobs for service technicians and installers.
Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers.
Communicate clearly with team members about job status, location, and timing.
Release materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites.


Procurement & Vendor Management:
Contact suppliers and vendors for quotes and orders.
Source and order hard-to-find HVAC parts and materials.
Track, log, and categorize purchase orders accurately.


Administrative Duties:
Maintain organized digital records, time sheets, and job folders.
Assist with light accounting and job costing.
Review mechanical drawings and basic HVAC layouts.
Support field staff by ensuring proper materials, documentation, and schedules are in place.

Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written); C2 certification or time spent in an English-speaking country (Required)
Bachelor's degree in any field
Prior experience in an office, customer service, construction, or service industry environment preferred.
Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar systems is a major plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Remote-ready setup: reliable computer, dual monitors, smartphone, headset and stable internet
Have a quiet, professional environment suitable for taking calls
Willingness to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones when needed

8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Ecuador Time), Monday to Friday
