En Digimentore estamos buscando un:

Responsable de Marketing Digital & Redes SocialesPresencial - Quito / EcuadorResponsabilidades claveDiseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing digital (online) y redes sociales, orientada al mercado B2B (organizaciones que requieren formación corporativa).

Crear y gestionar campañas de inbound y outbound marketing, generación de leads, automatización y nutrición digital.

Gestionar los canales de redes sociales relevantes (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), con contenido adaptado al negocio de e-learning y formación empresarial.

Creación de contenido (artículos, posts, casos de éxito, vídeos, email marketing) que muestre nuestros servicios, casos de éxito y nuevos proyectos.


Analizar métricas clave:
tráfico web, leads cualificados, conversión, engagement, ROI de marketing digital.

Colaborar de cerca con las áreas de ventas, producto y consultoría para alinear mensajes, ofertas y estrategias con las necesidades del cliente corporativo.

RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 3 años gestionando marketing digital y redes sociales en entornos B2B.Conocimientos en automatización de marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, analítica digital.

Excelente dominio en creación de contenidos para empresas, redacción profesional, buen manejo de redes y canales digitales.
Visión estratégica, autonomía, capacidad de proponer y ejecutar nuevas ideas.

Deseable (pero no excluyente):
experiencia previa en empresas que comercializan servicios para áreas de RR.HH.
