About The Role


We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join the team full-time and help elevate the company's online visibility and organic performance.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable business results.

You'll play a key role in optimizing website performance, improving rankings, and increasing organic traffic to the company's eCommerce and informational pages.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization based on data insights.
Audit and optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed for SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all web projects.
Monitor and report on SEO KPIs, including rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track and analyze performance.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.


Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an eCommerce or product-based environment.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Proven experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
