Technical Service
Brief Description

The position Tecnhical Service requires a Biomedical Electronics Engineer with proven experience in operating room medical equipment, including anesthesia machines, patient monitors, ventilators, electrosurgical units, and infusion pumps.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating post-sales technical support with manufacturers, managing spare parts and repairs, providing on-site technical assistance to clients, and ensuring the proper closure of service tickets
Tasks

Provide technical expertise on operating room equipment such as anesthesia machines, patient monitors, mechanical ventilators, electrosurgical units, and infusion pumps.

Coordinate post-sales technical support with manufacturing plants, including handling warranty claims and equipment malfunctions.
Manage the procurement, tracking, and inventory of spare parts and replacement components.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of technical service tickets, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Deliver technical assistance to clients during equipment installation, commissioning, and operation.
Maintain and regularly update the company's central repository of technical documentation.
Collaborate with the sales and regulatory teams by providing technical insights and product support when needed.
Provide in-person and online product training.
Translate technical documents and correspondence.

Sales Specialist
Brief Description

The position of Sales Specialist requires a person in capacity of increasing EPSIMED's sales by assisting the Sales Director/ General Manager, in preparing quotes and offers, following up with clients, replying to leads, formulating marketing strategies.

These tasks will be documented and revisited regularly to verify its effectiveness.

Sales Specialist are the main representatives of EPSIMED products to the market and must tirelessly search for sale opportunities by actively networking both nationally and internationally.

Sales Specialist are in charge of handling Purchase Orders procedures from inception and delivering top quality service throughout the sale process by working with other team members.

He/she is responsible of providing optimal support to clients throughout the sale process and make sure all questions and concerns are answered effectively in a timely manner.

Additionally, the Sales Specialist must be thoroughly knowledgeable of the adequate mode of operation of all our medical equipment products and be able to assist clients with technical support with issues where the assistance of electrical engineers may not be necessary.

Sales Specialist must provide marketing ideas frequently to propel the exposure of products by creating marketing texts and be familiar with cons/pros of similar medical equipment in the market.

Tasks
Follow up immediately and continuously with Request for Quotes (RFQ).
Full understanding of our product portfolio, catalogs, price lists, technical information, to effectively prepare quotes for clients.
Know and manage product inventory in warehouse.
Know and manage our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
Search for sale opportunities by actively networking both nationally and internationally.
Propose marketing ideas on a regular basis to marketing team.
Provide client support and handle Purchase Order procedures from inception to end.
Understand the

13485 Quality system and implement it in daily activities.

Be thoroughly knowledgeable of the adequate mode of operation of all medical equipment products and be able to assist clients with technical support.

Proposing timely sale goals, which will be documented and revisited regularly to verify its effectiveness.
Be familiar with cons/pros of similar medical equipment in the market.
Be proactive and creative in search for sale opportunities.
Availability from Monday – Friday. We are right next to Quicentro Shopping Mall.

Compliance
Brief Description


The position of Regulatory Affairs Specialist requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of national and international regulations governing the use and commercialization of medical devices, particularly in Latin American countries.

This role is essential to ensure regulatory compliance of the company's products and is responsible for managing all technical and legal documentation required for obtaining sanitary registrations and regulatory approvals in coordination with distributors and manufacturing plants.

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is also in charge of monitoring the validity and expiration of regulatory documentation, as well as maintaining and updating the company's central quality document database
Tasks

Ensure compliance with national and international regulations for the use and commercialization of medical devices, particularly in Latin American countries.

Manage and coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of regulatory documents required for product registration.
Liaise with distributors and manufacturing plants to obtain the necessary technical and legal documentation for sanitary registration.
Monitor the validity and expiration dates of regulatory and quality documentation to ensure continuous

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Business degree or Technical degree such as Electrical Engineers, Systems Engineer, or Computer Engineer will be preferred.
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Sales experience is a plus
