About the Role:

Performs all processes and procedures related to product flow and inventory accuracy of the Logistics Center. Performs warehouse bin accuracy and maintains inventory shrink. Utilizes Warehouse Management System and various types of material handling equipment. Trains and mentors associates.

What You'll Do:

* Investigates inventory discrepancies and takes appropriate corrective action to resolve.

* Investigates bin location variances and takes appropriate corrective action to resolve.

* Researches problem orders and receipts for the Logistics Center.

* Inputs data into warehouse management system, databases and reporting tools.

* Performs system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy to include: cycle counts, pick exceptions, bad box, lost bin, found bin, pick paths and bin maintenance.

* Collects, maintains and provides detailed statistics and reports on various performance measurements.

* Analyzes and researches data to recognize trends, areas of risk/concern, and uses information to drive process improvements.

* Serves as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues.

* Communicates and works with various functional groups to investigate and resolve complex issues.

* Trains and mentors others in the development of their skills

* Performs to quality standards in multiple functions.

*Performs additional duties as assigned

• Able to transport up to 50 lbs. Able to think strategically and tactically.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.

• Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others. Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

• Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion. Able to use common office equipment. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.

• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Able to remain stationary for extended periods of time. * Minimum of two years experience working with transaction-intensive warehouse management / inventory systems in a high volume facility.

• *Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
