On-site Shift: Overnight (22H00 - 07H00)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field English level C1 or higher (Fluent)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center Strong leadership and team management skills Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise overnight sales agents Ensure achievement of sales indicators and team goals Manage shift schedules and update shift rosters Generate performance reports Provide coaching and feedback on product and process knowledge
