We are looking for aKey Account Managerto lead customer relationships and commercial strategy acrossConsumer Goods and Pharma channelsin Ecuador.
This is amanagement positionresponsible for driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and flawless execution of commercial plans.
Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business plans with key customers, driving sales, profit, and market share growth.
Lead annual negotiations of trade terms, pricing, and promotional plans to ensure long-term partnerships and profitability.
Manage account P&L and ensure delivery of sales and profitability objectives.
Identify business opportunities in both consumer goods and pharma portfolios, leveraging data and insights to guide commercial decisions.
Partner with Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure execution excellence and compliance with all requirements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitive activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum +3 years of experience managing key accounts in consumer goods and/or pharmaceutical industries.
Proven success in trade negotiations, P&L management, and commercial planning.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Able to work in a team setting and collaborate effectively.
Open to learning opportunities and able to assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
Aware of relevant external (legal, tax, regulatory) and internal (e.g., decision authority, procure-to-pay) stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Result-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
Proven ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
