Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager at TD SYNNEX, you will be working closely with our sales teams and partners to provide pre-sales technical support and solutions expertise on the Cisco product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include staying current with vendor-specific technical certifications, providing phone support, and developing tactical plans to support key initiatives.

Main Tasks:

  • Configure Basic/Mid-level Configurations
  • Analyze and triage requests
  • Interface with vendors and partners
  • Organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks
  • Data Sheet reviews & Research

Requirements:

  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations
  • Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at a basic level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level
  • Minimum of 1 year pre-sales support and marketing experience working directly with customers

$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience
