Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily payment operations, ensuring all financial documentation is complete and properly archived.
Verify and account for various financial entries within assigned areas.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and authenticity of accounting records and vouchers.
Monitor receivable balances, ensure timely collections, report issues promptly, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Prepare and maintain periodic financial reports and models to support strategic decision-making across divisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and provide analytical support.
Conduct internal financial inspections for major expenditures, ensuring compliance and proper documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in mobile phone or electronics industries.

Strong knowledge of national financial policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with data management tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Integrity, honesty, and a proactive attitude are essential.
