Key Responsibilities

• Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance in electrical, electronic, and instrumentation areas to ensure equipment, production lines, and processes operate properly.
• Keep records and files of all preventive maintenance processes according to the management model.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on plant equipment.
• Review and monitor electrical parameters of equipment, production lines, and manufacturing processes.
• Measure and manage thermal and electrical energy consumption under established parameters in production lines and manufacturing processes.
• Solve and address problems through technical analysis and teamwork during shifts.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to analyze recurring problems in production lines and processes.
• Evaluate and establish requirements and needs through technical analysis and operation of equipment, production lines, and processes.
• Execute scheduled shutdown activities in production lines and processes, plant energy system.
• Carry out planned and coordinated shift activities in production lines and processes according to PRE DOM, DOM1, and electrical maintenance.
• Support and collaborate with different departments and internal clients in solving and operating production lines and processes.
• Conduct systems analysis and evaluation activities to ensure safe system operation.
• Establish and implement safe LOTO procedures in maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering/related field.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Technical knowledge: PLC and HMI programming, communication networks, industrial instrumentation and automatic controls, computing applied to automation, maintenance administration, Autocad.
• Competencies: planning and organization, orientation to order, quality, and accuracy, decision-making, problem resolution, staff leadership.
