Students can choose to learn 1, 2, 3, or even 4 languages simultaneously, according to their goals and capabilities. All our instructors possess native-level proficiency in their teaching languages, ensuring both linguistic authenticity and deep cultural immersion.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Instructor at our Quito location, starting November 3rd.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons at various levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) using our revolutionary memory techniques, developing innovative lesson plans that go beyond traditional methods, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.
You'll create immersive learning environments, incorporate authentic cultural experiences, and help build our dynamic learning community.Key Responsibilities:
Teach English at levels A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 using spatial memory techniques (Loci) and neuroscience-based methodologies.
Design practical, real-world applications for immediate language use.
Foster an immersive English-speaking environment.
Collaborate with our international team to enhance polyglot learning experiences.
Guide students who may be learning multiple languages simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Native-level English proficiency with authentic accent and deep cultural knowledge.
Strong cultural fluency and understanding of Anglophone contexts.
Proven teaching experience is a plus, but we also welcome skilled individuals who may not have prior teaching experience but possess exceptional English language mastery.
Strong lesson planning and curriculum adaptation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for innovative teaching methodologies.
Experience in immersive language environments is highly valued.
Ability to inspire and motivate diverse learners.

Schedule: 6 days per week, 48 hours total (40 regular hours + 8 overtime hours)

Afternoon shifts (8 hours)
Sunday:
Morning shift (8 hours)
Contract type:
Hired through RUC or RISE (servicios profesionales) in Ecuador
