Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The ideal candidate should have a background in pharmacy or medical sciences, possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and have relevant field experience in promoting pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and present company pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and implement marketing strategies effectively.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and training sessions when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or any related medical field.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (pharma sales preferred).
• Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.
