As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in powering our decision-making across departments. You'll own the development of dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and help translate complex data into actionable insights.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to see their work directly improve lives.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to make sure our data is accurate, accessible, and used to drive meaningful change.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or similar tools, enabling stakeholders to monitor key metrics and make informed decisions.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses.Use Python to clean and transform datasets as part of exploratory or recurring workflows.
Build and maintain scalable data connections and workflows using tools such as Dataform or other transformation layers within Google Cloud Platform.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to define KPIs, build reporting tools, and surface performance drivers.Contribute to the documentation of data definitions, business rules, and workflows for consistency and scalability.
Participate in agile development cycles and collaborate via project management tools such as JIRA or similar.
Identify and troubleshoot data issues, proactively recommending and implementing improvements.
Uphold data quality, privacy, and security; especially when handling sensitive information (e.g., PII, healthcare-related data).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in SQL, preferably with experience in BigQuery.
Hands-on experience with Python for analysis, automation, and ETL workflows.
Strong experience building dashboards and visualizations in Looker Studio or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks, while being open to feedback and guidance.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience working in agile teams and using tools like JIRA.
Strong sense of data ethics and confidentiality, especially with PII and health-related datasets.
Familiarity with contact center KPIs and operations is a strong plus (call duration, abandon rate, transfer rate, connect rate, enrollment rate).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize urgent requests (often from Marketing, Ops, or Finance).Knowledge, Experience & Education
2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, ideally Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataform, GCS).
Solid understanding of KPIs, business reporting, and data governance practices.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (but fluent English is required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cloud Code).
Familiarity with LLMs such as ChatGPT or Gemini for productivity, data exploration, or documentation tasks.
Exposure to machine learning concepts and tools; interest in predictive modeling or classification use cases.
Experience using AI tools to enhance analytics workflows or generate insights.
