About the role:
As an ISP Account Executive at TP-Link Ecuador, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Ecuador.
Your main objective will be to drive sales, promote TP-Link products and solutions and ensure customer satisfaction within the ISP sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing ISP customers in Ecuador. Identify new business opportunities within the ISP market and drive sales growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of ISP customers. Provide training and support to ISP partners to enhance their understanding and utilization of TP-Link products. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic plans and maintain a competitive advantage.
Act as a key point of contact for all ISP related inquiries and issues, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in account Executive or sales roles within the ISP industry.
Strong understanding of networking products and solutions.
Excellent communication, commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Advanced English level
Willingness to travel within Ecuador as needed around 50% of the month.
