Fertilizer Trade Manager

Job duties.

  • Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate and research the international fertilizer market and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
  • Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts with customers, complete contract signing and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Tracking the implementation of signed contracts (production, transportation, collection of foreign exchange, etc.,and dealing with related issues in time.
  • Responsible for the management of international customer relationship and international customer contact, meeting, reception and visit.
  • Supervise customers to recover payments in a timely manner and reduce accounts receivable.
  • Help customers to develop sales policies and promote the sales.
Job requirements.

  • Agronomy, Soil Science, Pesticide Science,Agronomist, Seed Industry ,college degree or above.

3 years, or more than 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the agricultural industry, fertilizer industry work, etc.


  • Accept international business trips.
  • Have good communication skills and execution ability.
  • With fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in a foreign language, and can communicate directly with foreigners.
