Descripción del empleo
Estamos buscando un Business Sr Manager para nuestros Pedidos Ya Markets en Ecuador.
- Liderar la expansión estratégica de DMarts a nivel país, monitorear el desempeño económico y asegurar la implementación adecuada de la estrategia comercial y las directrices estratégicas.
- Tomar ownership sobre la gestión de categorías en términos de surtidos, precios, ofertas y suministros; seleccionar proveedores locales, negociar y comprar según las necesidades esperadas.
- Proporcionar información al equipo de Ops sobre flujos, adyacencias, herramientas y plantillas; revisar y resolver problemas con proveedores locales.
- Garantizar la rentabilidad de nuestros consumidores satisfaciendo sus necesidades, proporcionar a los equipos regionales información sobre los productos y las cantidades necesarias.
Requisitos
- Experiencia profesional en el desarrollo y gestión de diversos productos en diferentes categorías, trabajando dentro de grandes empresas de venta al por menor de alimentos, consumo masivo o distribuidoras.
- Conocimientos avanzados de inglés, experiencia en manejo de equipos y dirección de proyectos multifuncionales a escala.
- Orientación a los detalles, habilidades analíticas, organización y capacidad para priorizar y ofrecer soluciones a medida.

Salario
R$2,500,000 - R$3,200,000 anuales (dependiendo de la experiencia)
