About the Role
Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (flexible schedule options within these hours). Methodology: Communicative Approach (focus on practical, interactive conversation). Student Age Range: 13 years old and up (Teens & Adults). Workload: Tutors usually manage 4–5 private students, teaching 3–4 sessions per student each week. Compensation: USD $5 per teaching hour. Support: Complete training and lesson materials provided.
Key Responsibilities
Class Delivery: Conduct engaging, student-centered online sessions. Attitude: Bring positive energy, patience, and strong communication skills to every class. Organization: Stay on top of your teaching schedule, student attendance, and progress. Requirements High level of English proficiency (no university degree required). Stable internet connection. PC or laptop (no tablets allowed). Quiet and distraction-free space to teach. Bonus: Experience teaching Math in English is a plus
