About the Position
At Wall Street English, we believe that learning English changes lives. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and student-oriented English Teacher to join our academic team and help students achieve their language-learning goals.
Our new Wall Street English center in Valle de los Chillos is opening in October 2026, and we are looking for passionate teachers who would like to be part of this exciting new chapter.
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, supporting students throughout their learning journey, and creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
This is a full-time teaching position based at our new Valle de los Chillos center.
Main
Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students at different proficiency levels. -Facilitate speaking and communication activities that encourage active student participation. -Adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning styles and student needs. -Monitor students' performance and provide constructive feedback. -Support students in achieving their academic and English-learning goals. -Encourage student participation, confidence, and motivation. -Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. -Participate in Social Clubs and other academic activities. -Collaborate with the academic and commercial teams to provide an outstanding student experience. -Follow Wall Street English teaching methodologies, procedures, and quality standards. -Participate in training and professional development activities.
Requirements:
-English level C1 or higher (mandatory and provable). -Previous experience teaching English is preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. -Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals. -Ability to work with students of different ages and proficiency levels. -Comfortable working with technology and digital learning platforms. -Proactive, flexible, and adaptable attitude. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Working Schedule Full-Time position Monday to Friday Saturdays according to the academic schedule and operational needs.
