Part of a high performing team who is responsible to assist Group CEO define the Group’s strategic priorities and execution of strategic initiatives, and monitor the delivery of strategic objectives. Assist to facilitate the design and definition of Great Eastern Group’s corporate strategic priorities, which includes working closely with the business and functional units to define their respective target operating model aligning to the Group’s Corporate Strategy. Evaluate merger & acquisition opportunities, new business partnerships and/ or strategic alliances, and business proposals, including the business proposition aligning to the Group’s Corporate strategy Assist to drive business initiatives design/planning, and prioritisation to achieve our Group’s corporate strategic priorities. Coordinate annual business planning cycles Secretariat support to management committees Submission of regular management reports to Board committees, MAS and Rating Agencies. Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as directed from time to time. Possess a Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accountancy, Economics, or related field. Has minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in accountancy, finance, or project management roles. Has experience in coordinating annual business planning cycles and supporting the design and prioritization of strategic initiatives. Is an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across business and functional units, and provide secretariat support to management committees. Has high degree of ownership, accountability, and results orientation. Has strong ability to evaluate business proposals, assess strategic fit, and support the development of target operating models aligned with group strategy Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
