As a Senior AEM Developer, you'll lead Adobe Experience Manager initiatives and build sophisticated content solutions. You'll design complex architectures, mentor development teams, and set the standard for AEM engineering excellence.

What You'll Do
• Lead AEM architecture design and implementation with focus on performance and scalability.
• Develop complex components, templates, and integrations using Java and front-end technologies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in AEM best practices and development techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, content authors, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Drive performance optimization and implement security best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new AEM features and tools to enhance development capabilities. What We Are Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in AEM development.
• Strong expertise in AEM architecture, Java, and advanced front-end technologies.
• Extensive experience with AEM components, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.
• Deep understanding of content management, performance optimization, and AEM best practices.
