- Ecuador OR Colombia , Remote US Business Hours Contract 8+ Years Sales + Service Apex / LWC / Integrations ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, integrate, and support scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions. The role is centered on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with advanced Apex, triggers, LWC, JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce security, CI/CD, and modern development practices. LWR, Agentforce, and emerging Salesforce technologies are valuable additions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
· Build Apex classes, triggers, batch/scheduled/Queueable Apex, reusable components, and platform automation using Salesforce best practices.
· Develop responsive user interfaces with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and client-server communication patterns.
· Build or enhance LWR-based sites and applications where appropriate.
· Design and troubleshoot integrations using REST, SOAP, platform events, webhooks, authentication, mapping, and resilient integration patterns.
· Work with Salesforce data models, SOQL/SOSL, security/sharing, governor limits, bulkification, transaction management, and exception handling.
· Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA, admins, DevOps, and stakeholders; participate in design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, and solution discussions.
· Create technical documentation, test classes, deployment artifacts, and support materials; troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
· Contribute to Git, CI/CD, release planning, deployment processes, and evaluation of new Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce/AI where relevant. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise or complex environments.
· Strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge including objects, processes, automation, security, and customization.
· Advanced Apex, triggers, batch/scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, asynchronous processing, and test-class development.
· Strong LWC and JavaScript experience including component lifecycle, events, HTML/CSS, and client-server interaction.
· Working knowledge of LWR; practical project experience is preferred.
· Strong REST/SOAP integration experience with authentication, payload mapping, error handling, testing, and troubleshooting.
· Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, governor-limit management, bulk-safe coding, exception handling, profiles, permission sets, sharing, CRUD/FLS, and secure coding.
· Experience with Git, code reviews, Salesforce deployment processes, CI/CD, debugging, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. GOOD TO HAVE
· Agentforce, Einstein AI, prompt design, agent actions, grounding, and responsible AI practices.
· Salesforce Data Cloud or other AI/data-enabling Salesforce platform capabilities.
· Modern Salesforce DevOps, automated testing, observability, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or technical workstream leadership. CERTIFICATIONS
· Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.
· Plus: current Salesforce AI/Agentforce credentials, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or other relevant architecture certifications.
