As Field Asset Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in accurately mapping and documenting our critical infrastructure assets . You will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys, collecting precise data using advanced tools, and ensuring the integrity of our asset records . You will work closely with the Geographic Information Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment . In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be Role
• Asset Mapping and Documentation:
• Conduct on-site surveys of infrastructure assets, including poles, transformers, and lines, utilizing various mapping techniques and technologies .
• Accurately document the location, specifications, and condition of these assets .
• Data Collection and Validation:
• Employ surveying instruments, and other relevant tools to collect precise spatial and attribute data .
• Rigorously validate collected data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to data standards .
• Progress Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular progress reports summarizing survey activities, data collected, and any challenges encountered .
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of survey findings, methodologies, and equipment used .
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere strictly to all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols during field operations .
• Identify and report any potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues .
• Team Coordination and Stakeholder Communication:
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, including engineers, GIS specialists, and project managers, to ensure seamless data integration and project alignment .
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders as required . To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

Experience:
• Electrical Engineering Graduate or Any Electrical Related Courses Technical / Functional Skills
• Strong technical skills in field asset surveying, mapping techniques, and spatial data collection .
• Ability to utilize surveying instruments and specialized tools to gather accurate infrastructure attribute data .
