Role Description This Photographer internship role at Kizuna Lab is a hybrid position based in Quito, with a balance of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing photo shoots that capture clients’ brands across wellness, hospitality, sports, and lifestyle sectors. The photographer will collaborate with brand strategists and creative directors to translate brand concepts into compelling visual narratives, including content for campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials. Tasks also involve selecting, editing, and retouching images, organizing digital asset libraries, and ensuring visual outputs align with established brand guidelines. The role may support behind-the-scenes documentation of workshops and client engagements, contribute ideas for visual storytelling, and assist in preparing imagery for presentations and case studies. Qualifications
• Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and familiarity with both studio and natural environments.
• Proficiency with digital cameras, lenses, and basic studio equipment, plus comfort working on location.
• Experience with photo editing and retouching tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and digital file management.
• Ability to interpret brand and creative direction into visual concepts that support strategic storytelling.
• Interest in wellness, hospitality, sports, gastronomy, lifestyle brands, with sensitivity to diverse audiences and communities.
• Strong organization, time management, and reliability in a hybrid work setting (onsite in Quito and remote).
• Clear, respectful communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary creative and strategy teams.
• Relevant coursework, portfolio, or prior project experience in photography, visual communication, or related fields.
