Formación académica:
Profesional en Biología, Pesquería, Acuicultura, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Industrial, Química, Logística o carreras afines.
Principales
responsabilidades:
• Supervisar la clasificación de atún entero congelado por especie y talla comercial.
• Verificar y registrar pesos, especies, tallas y temperaturas durante las operaciones.
• Conciliar los pesos registrados con las cantidades recibidas en planta e identificar posibles diferencias.
• Realizar controles de temperatura y evaluaciones organolépticas del pescado.
• Detectar y reportar desviaciones de calidad, cantidad, clasificación y manipulación.
• Verificar las condiciones de contenedores, equipos y áreas operativas.

Education:
Degree in Biology, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Key responsibilities
Supervise the grading of whole frozen tuna by species and commercial size. Verify and record weights, species, sizes, and temperatures during operations. Reconcile recorded weights with quantities received at the plant and identify any discrepancies. Conduct temperature checks and organoleptic evaluations of the fish. Detect and report deviations regarding quality, quantity, grading, and handling. Check the condition of containers, equipment, and operational areas.
