S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js + CRM). You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. 3+ years of experience in technical leadership influencing architecture, engineering direction, and mentoring peers. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Expertise in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript application development using React and Node.js. Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks and server-side rendering solutions (e.g., Next.js). Demonstrated experience developing reliable backend APIs, service-to-service integrations, and business logic. Proven experience with AWS cloud-native services (such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, or CloudWatch). Practical experience and functional knowledge working with CRMs (specifically Salesforce), including logic extraction, migrations, and ongoing maintenance. Track record of integrating third-party marketing tools, tracking systems, or experimentation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA, Statsig, Optimizely). Solid understanding of system performance optimization, testing strategies (Jest, Cypress, Playwright), and observability tools (New Relic, Sentry, Datadog). Comfortable working across multiple disciplines (Product, Design, and Marketing) to build scalable, component-based internal design systems. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
