El rol Como Técnico Administrativo de Refrigeración, serás responsable de coordinar, controlar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de mantenimiento de los sistemas de refrigeración del Centro de Distribución. Este rol combina conocimientos técnicos con gestión administrativa, asegurando que los planes de mantenimiento, los registros operativos, los contratistas y los requerimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente se gestionen de manera eficiente y oportuna. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con sistemas críticos para la operación, contribuyendo a la continuidad del negocio y a la mejora continua de los procesos. Tus responsabilidades
• Coordinar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas de refrigeración.
• Administrar y mantener actualizados los registros, órdenes de trabajo y documentación técnica en las plataformas de gestión establecidas.
• Elaborar y consolidar reportes e indicadores de gestión que faciliten el monitoreo del desempeño de los equipos y procesos.
• Dar seguimiento al cierre de hallazgos y acciones correctivas derivadas de auditorías internas y externas.
• Coordinar y controlar administrativamente las actividades realizadas por contratistas y proveedores de mantenimiento.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente aplicables a la operación de refrigeración.
• Apoyar la implementación de proyectos de mejora continua orientados a optimizar la eficiencia y confiabilidad de los sistemas de refrigeración.
• Facilitar la comunicación y coordinación entre las diferentes áreas involucradas en la operación y mantenimiento de los equipos. Buscamos a alguien que
• Tenga experiencia en mantenimiento industrial, refrigeración o gestión de mantenimiento y pueda desenvolverse con confianza en entornos operativos y administrativos.
• Aporte sólidas competencias en organización y planificación, seguimiento de procesos, análisis de información y comunicación efectiva.
• Tenga una visión integral de la operación y se adueñe del cumplimiento de los planes, indicadores y resultados de su gestión.
• Se sienta cómodo/a trabajando en una organización ágil y en constante evolución.
• Valore la colaboración, la claridad y formas de trabajo sin egos.
