Location:
Quito Ecuador.

Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy: Build creative concepts from marketing insights and localize global assets.
• Visual Design: Deliver engaging print, digital, and social media layout designs.
• Motion & 3D/4D Graphics: Create explainer animations and motion content using 3D/4D specialized tools.
• Full Video Production: Handle the complete pipeline from scriptwriting and filming to post-production.
• Branding: Maintain, enforce, and evolve the company’s visual brand guidelines across all platforms and mediums.
• Print Design: Create offline marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, presentation decks, and packaging designs.
• Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing specialists, and project managers to transform creative briefs into impactful visual assets.
• Asset Management: Organize, update, and manage the company’s digital asset library (images, logos, fonts, templates).
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design. +5 Year experience. Experience with MKT area. Fluent in English (The hiring process will be in English).
