Billing & Collections Specialist (Entry-Level)

WE ARE HIRING: BILLING & COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

About the Role
As a Billing & Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate claim and invoice handling, following up on outstanding balances, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting timely reimbursement for healthcare services. You'll be part of ACC's bilingual team supporting a U.
S.-based healthcare client, working closely with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to maintain accurate account records and efficient revenue cycle operations.

Location:
Guayaquil, Ecuador Work Mode: On-site

Requirements:
• English level B2+ or higher.
• Previous experience in medical billing, collections, accounts receivable (A/R), insurance verification, claims follow-up, payment posting, healthcare customer service, or related fields.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, claims, and follow-up activities effectively.
