S. clients through our nearshore team in Ecuador.
About the role
We're looking for a senior full stack developer to lead a small development team. You'll write code every day and also guide the team: setting technical direction, reviewing code, and making sure projects ship on time. You'll work directly with U.
S. clients, so strong, confident spoken and written English is essential.
What you'll do
- Lead a small team of developers, giving them direction, mentoring, and unblocking their work
- Build and maintain web applications on both the front end and back end
- Turn client requirements into technical plans, tasks, and estimates
- Review code, set coding standards, and keep quality high
- Run sprint planning and standups, and track progress against deadlines
- Lead technical calls with U.
S. clients and explain decisions in plain language
- Build integrations, APIs, and automations that connect business tools
- Manage deployments, hosting, and basic DevOps What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- At least 1–2 years leading or mentoring other developers
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, including React or a similar front-end frameworkBack-end experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar
- Database experience with SQL and/or NoSQLExperience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and GitCloud and deployment experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar
- Fluent English, written and spoken, and comfortable leading calls with U.
S. clients Nice to have:
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations or automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- WordPress or CMS experienceExperience working with U.
S. clients or remote teams
- Agile/Scrum experience Details:
- 100% remote from Ecuador
- Paid monthly in USD
- You'll need your own computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
- Must be available during U.
