As a Backend Engineer, you will specialize in modernizing legacy monoliths into scalable microservices architectures. You will play a key role in transforming older software stacks into modern, high-performance systems that support continuous delivery and evolving business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement the transition from monolithic architectures to modular microservices using .NET or Java.
  • Lead the decomposition of legacy codebases while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
  • Develop and optimize robust RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between services.
  • Apply advanced refactoring techniques to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Integrate modern CI/CD practices into the development lifecycle to accelerate deployment cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural standards and best practices for system migration.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Backend Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in modernizing legacy monolithic applications into microservices architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in either .NET/C\# or Java ecosystems, including refactoring older codebases.
  • Solid experience with API design, RESTful migrations, and monolith decomposition strategies.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD adoption and integrating automated pipelines into the development lifecycle.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
