Misión del cargo

Implementar, gestionar y optimizar la infraestructura y los procesos de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD) en un entorno cloud, utilizando el stack de Azure. El objetivo es garantizar la eficiencia operativa y la confiabilidad de los servicios financieros, contribuyendo activamente a la evolución de nuestras plataformas digitales.

Responsabilidades.

  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD para el despliegue eficiente de aplicaciones financieras en Azure.
  • Configurar y gestionar infraestructuras en Azure, asegurando su escalabilidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de normativas.
  • Implementar prácticas de monitoreo y telemetría, utilizando herramientas como Azure Monitor, Application Insights y Log Analytics, para asegurar la visibilidad completa del rendimiento del sistema.
  • Automatizar procesos clave relacionados con la infraestructura y las operaciones diarias, mejorando la eficiencia y reduciendo el riesgo de errores.
  • Gestionar repositorios en GitHub, manteniendo buenas prácticas en el manejo de código y contribuyendo a la automatización de revisiones y despliegues.
  • Supervisar la seguridad de la infraestructura y los procesos, alineándose con los estándares y regulaciones financieras.

Requisitos.

  • Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en roles similares de DevOps, preferentemente en la industria financiera.
  • Capacidad de escribir scripts de automatización (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Conocimiento en gestión de contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y herramientas de orquestación.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y participación activa en sprints y reuniones de planificación.

Deseable:

  • Certificaciones en
    Azure
    (Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de cumplimiento regulatorio en el sector financiero (SOX, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de infraestructura como código (Terraform, Ansible).
