Ensure the correct implementation of the strategies of the categories in the country. Propose plans based on insights and local opportunities to achieve Share and P&L objectives.


What you will do

  • Execute business presentation, brand strategies and activities to the local commercial team.
  • Elaborate plans for clients and channels in collaboration with retail marketing team.
  • Lead the state of lost and profits of brands in collaboration with the Hub.
  • Participate in the monthly business revision process, monitoring the fulfillment of the plan, prepare the pre
- work and build solutions before exceptions.

  • Ensure the implementation of 5Ps strategy in categories in Ecuador.
  • Implement and follow up the price strategy.
  • Lead the BPM process for the entry of prices in the new products and discounts system.
  • In collaboration with Finances department lead the margin analysis.
  • Aligns the grid launches with the hub and the local commercial team.
  • In collaboration with retail marketing team ensure the codification of products in the defined RE.
  • Evaluate the impact of the competition promotional activities in the brand/ category strategy.
  • Identify the development of ideas and suggestions in order to design relevant promotional that increase the intake and share with the Hub.
  • Develop a deep payback analysis of the consumer programs.
  • Coordinate the implementation and development of activations points sale.
  • Input on available media as alternatives to support brand strategies.
  • Participation in defining the media strategy.
  • Argue issues and opportunities of the region in order for the Hub to coordinate with the agencies the tactical action plans.
  • Alert the Hub problems that are presented to be forced to cancel the guideline or postpone it.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration, and related degrees.
  • At least 4+ years Similar Jobs Positions
  • Excellent proficiency of English
  • 5p's innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree Master of Business Administration or related.
