We're partnering with a U.S.-based company focused on brand-lift measurement and marketing effectiveness analytics. They are an independent, fast-growing organization building new internal systems to automate data processing and dashboard updates.

We are looking for a Back-End Product Developer (Mid-Level) to join their small, high-impact team. This role is ideal for professionals with solid backend experience in C#/.NET, strong API integration skills, and comfort working with databases and multiple data sources.

You will be part of a small team, , helping build a new internal product from scratch.

What You Will Do 

•  Design, build, and maintain backend services using C#/.NET, ensuring performance, reliability, and clean code practices.
  

• Develop and manage RESTful API integrations, connecting multiple internal and external systems, processing JSON data, and ensuring seamless data flow.
  

• Work with enterprise databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server to query, transform, and integrate datasets and KPIs.
  

• Automate internal data processes to feed dashboards efficiently, reducing manual work and ensuring updated, accurate outputs to support the development of a new internal automation platform.

Requirements

Technical Skills (High Priority)

• +3 years of experience in backend development.
  

• Strong proficiency inC# / .NET (main backend stack).
  

• Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  

• Experience working withdatabases (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or other enterprise-grade DBs).
  

• Strong ability to integrate information fromAPIs, JSON structures, KPIs, and various databases.
  

• Experience in Microsoft server environments.

Nice to Have

• Python experience.
  

• Java experience.
  

• Background in information systems or related fields.

Soft Skills

• Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
  

• Strong communication and teamwork.
  

• Good organization and task management.
  

• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.

Language

• English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced
  (daily interactions + ~10 meetings per day with non-Spanish speakers).
