Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of experience in the building materials and pipeline industry, international trade, sales order follow-up, or sales operations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Ecuadorian market through direct visits to points of sale.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and commercial agreements.
- Increase regional sales by expanding local customer resources, including agents, distributors, and end clients; establish long-term partnerships and drive sustainable sales growth.
- Develop, communicate with, and directly negotiate with existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable network of Ecuadorian buyers sourcing from China, leveraging strong listening, presentation, and closing skills to maximize sales results in a competitive market environment.
- Conduct quarterly international business trips.
- Manage logistics-related activities for export operations, including the preparation of shipping documents, commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, and sample shipments.
- Plan and execute brand introduction and market entry strategies.
- Plan, organize, execute, and participate as an exhibitor in local and international trade fairs.
