 orientada a la excelencia en infraestructura y seguridad digital. La posición está diseñada para profesionales con una sólida visión técnica que deseen liderar la implementación de proyectos de alto impacto tecnológico en Ecuador y otros países en LATAM.

Perfil del Rol

El Delivery Engineer es el responsable de garantizar la integridad técnica en el despliegue de soluciones críticas. Su función principal es actuar como el nexo estratégico entre la fase de preventa y la puesta en marcha operativa, asegurando que cada solución cumpla con los estándares de calidad y seguridad requeridos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Implementación de Soluciones:
     Liderar el despliegue y validación de tecnologías 
    MDM, EDR y SIEM
    , garantizando la cobertura total de eventos y la visibilidad del entorno.

  • Gestión de Endpoints a Escala:
     Orquestar despliegues masivos, supervisando la estabilidad y salud de los agentes.

  • Configuración y Hardening:
     Definir políticas de base (
    baseline policies
    ) por unidad organizacional, gestionando inventarios técnicos, compatibilidad de sistemas operativos y exclusiones de seguridad.

  • Infraestructura Física:
     Coordinar el rackeo y la segurización física de equipos bajo normativas internacionales de seguridad.

  • Aseguramiento de Calidad:
     Elaborar planes de implementación estructurados (Sprints), checklists de aceptación y ejecutar procesos de 
    handover
     formal hacia el área de Operaciones.

  • Operación Regional:
     Aplicar y supervisar controles de seguridad en entornos.

Requisitos Profesionales

  • Académicos:
     Título de tercer nivel en Ingeniería en Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad o carreras afines.

  • Competencias Técnicas:
     Conocimiento avanzado en segmentación de red, protocolos de comunicación, puertos/URLs y arquitecturas de seguridad.

  • Gestión Transversal:
     Capacidad para colaborar con equipos de Proyectos, 
    Customer Success Managers (CSM)
     y 
    Technical Account Managers (TAM)
    .

  • Habilidades de Gestión:
     Fuerte orientación al cumplimiento de indicadores (
    SLA
    ), comunicación técnica asertiva y rigurosidad en la documentación de procesos.
