Responsibilities: 

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment

• Architect and provide guidance on building highly-scalable, resilient, end-to-end systems

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly-available backend systems and APIs

• Manage database design, optimization, and ensure data integrity

• Implement best practices for security and data protection

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features

• Collaborate across time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent videoconferences

If you have:

• Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Golang is a must.

• Proven track record building and deploying large-scale, high-performance software applications.

• Database Mastery: Strong practical experience with SQL and NoSQL systems, including schema design and performance tuning.

• Experience designing and consuming complex RESTful APIs or GraphQL.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker.

• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and excellent debugging skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.

It's a plus:

• Experience integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI workflows into enterprise systems.

• Knowledge of serverless architectures, microservices, or event-driven patterns (WebSockets, Queues, Event Streaming).

• Experience with observability (performance monitoring, logging, tracing).

• Background in participating in technical scoping and planning meetings with clients.
