Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member based in Guayaquil. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. This role involves regular client interaction both in-person and through digital communication tools. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Client Interaction skills
• Presentation and Communication skills
• Proficiency with digital sales tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Experience in the sales industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
