Syntropic Scribe

The Role

Kalungi is looking for a Syntropic Scribe to uncover and craft authentic stories that help fast-growing B2B SaaS companies connect with their audiences. This role blends journalism, storytelling, and strategy—turning real human insights into content that builds trust and drives growth.

You'll interview customers and experts, distill complexity into clarity, and shape narratives that stand out in a world of AI-generated noise. This is a first-of-its-kind opportunity for someone who loves asking the right questions, listening deeply, and turning insights into stories people remember.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers, teams, and experts to uncover genuine stories.
• Transform insights into reusable assets like case studies, personas, and customer stories.
• Shape messaging, positioning, and value propositions with authenticity.
• Use AI tools as support while maintaining a distinct human voice.
• Experiment with formats—from articles to interactive content—that make complex ideas easy to understand.
• Share insights quickly, keeping them fresh and actionable.
• Measure audience resonance and refine based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in journalism, copywriting, content marketing, or a related field.
• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills with a focus on uncovering the "why."
• Experience shaping complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and tech-driven audiences.
• Comfortable using AI tools as helpers while protecting the human voice.
• Curious, empathetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (HubSpot a plus).
