We are seeking a professional who is flexible, solution-oriented, and engaged. This individual will work on a contractor basis for a limited amount of hours per week (20 hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products.
• First- and second-level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction.
• Respond promptly to IT-related questions from end-users.
• Reliably document all end-user interactions in the customer ticket system 'Service Now' (incidents, requests).
• Create, maintain, and utilize knowledge articles.
• Provide IT onboarding trainings to new starters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving/analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask, handling multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organized.
• Team player and supportive personality.
• Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus (GxP).
• All candidates must provide a Criminal record not older than 3 months.

The estimated salary for this position is based on the title, job description, and location, and it is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
