Job Objective:
The SAP Specialist will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), LE-TRA (Logistics Execution Transportation), and ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) modules within the organization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP, ABAP programming skills, and hands-on experience in managing logistics processes, with a focus on optimizing systems and providing user support.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Module Management and Support:
Implement, configure, and maintain
EWM, LE-TRA, and ABAP
modules in SAP, aligning them with the organization's operational requirements.- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through SAP module customization.
Provide ongoing support and corrective maintenance for the modules, troubleshooting and making adjustments as needed.
ABAP Development:
Develop, debug, and optimize
ABAP
programs to meet the specific needs of business processes.- Create custom reports, interfaces, and forms in ABAP, ensuring their integration with SAP EWM and LE-TRA modules.
Participate in SAP integration with other business systems through ABAP programming.
Consulting and Continuous Improvement:
Advise key users on best practices for using the
EWM and LE-TRA
modules, optimizing logistical processes.- Collaborate with functional and IT teams to design innovative technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Analyze and resolve issues related to logistics execution and warehouse management, providing solutions using SAP.
User Training and Support:
Provide technical training to users on the use of
SAP EWM, LE-TRA, and ABAP
, ensuring proper adoption of technological solutions.- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for configurations and developments made.
Offer post-implementation support and help resolve daily incidents related to the SAP modules.
Project Management:
Actively participate in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, coordinating activities within the EWM, LE-TRA, and ABAP modules.
- Manage tasks, deadlines, and resources in projects related to logistics process optimization.
Requirements:
- University degree in
Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
. - A minimum of
3 to 5 years
of experience working with
SAP EWM, LE-TRA, and ABAP
. - Advanced knowledge of logistical processes, especially in
warehouse management
(EWM) and
transportation management
(LE-TRA). - Proven experience in ABAP development and customization, including reports, interfaces, and forms.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other business systems.
- Project management skills
, preferably with experience in SAP implementations. - Intermediate or advanced
English
skills are desirable for interacting with international teams and technical documentation.
