What You'll Do:

• Conduct consultation calls with law firms to assess their needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Close deals with warm leads by understanding client requirements and offering customized services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience.
• Track sales performance, manage client accounts, and optimize sales strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish, both spoken & written.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
• Experience working with or selling to law firms (a big plus).
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Resilient and adaptable—thrives on overcoming objections and handling rejections with confidence.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Comfortable with CRMs and sales tools to track and optimize performance.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
