ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will help build a financial intelligence platform designed for AI consumption, turning complex data into actionable insights.

This is a full-time role starting with a focused 6-month project, offering strong autonomy and fast execution in a product-driven environment.

You will act as a hands-on utility player, working across frontend, backend, integrations, and light architecture while shaping a cohesive, customer-ready system.

Successful delivery opens the opportunity to continue on other impactful projects.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the implementation and integration of existing product components, including AI usage dashboards and advisor insights;
• Design and build backend functionality to support billing rules, chargeback logic, and ROI calculation for AI usage;
• Integrate external billing data sources, starting with cloud billing systems;
• Build and evolve APIs and data pipelines that translate raw billing data into usable financial insights;
• Implement frontend functionality to surface metrics, dashboards, and dataheavy UI views clearly and pragmatically;
• Make sound architectural decisions at a medium level of complexity, prioritizing maintainability and speed;
• Collaborate closely with product stakeholders, operating with minimal process overhead;
• Ensure smooth deployment and delivery workflows using Vercel;
• Contribute to overall product cohesion by connecting disparate parts into a single, usable experience;
• Work fulltime on a 6month project, with the opportunity to continue on other projects afterward.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience and strong fullstack background with proven ability to move across frontend, backend, and integrations;
• Solid experience with Python and in production environments;
• Experience designing and working with PostgreSQL schemas and data models;
• Direct experience integrating cloud billing systems or similar cost and usage APIs;
• Experience building frontend applications deployed via Vercel (React or similar frameworks);
• Strong experience consuming and integrating thirdparty APIs, especially billing or usagebased systems;
• Demonstrated ability to work with incomplete requirements and turn them into working solutions;
• Comfortable operating in earlystage product environments with limited structure;
• Professional working proficiency in English;
• Experience integrating frontend tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar);
• Familiarity with observability and usage tracking concepts (e.g., OpenTelemetry or similar telemetry systems);
• Experience building or consuming SDKs.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with PHP;
• Experience building financial, billing, or costallocation systems;
• Familiarity with AI usage metrics, tokenbased billing, or ROI tracking models;
• Experience working on dashboards, tables, filters, and datadense UI patterns;
• Prior startup or founderled product experience;
• Exposure to AI tooling workflows.
