Role Summary
Seeking a senior, multi-skilled engineer to join our team. We need a versatile developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem to architect solutions, customize Dynamics environments, and ensure robust integrations. This role is ideal for someone who masters the current Microsoft stack—with exceptional JavaScript skills—but is also eager to expand their skillset into Python and AI initiatives as part of our long-term roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Custom Development & Architecture: Implement and customize solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments. You will develop plug-ins, workflows, and complex extensions using C#.
- Advanced Client-Side Scripting: Design and execute complex client-side logic and form customizations using advanced JavaScript, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience within Dynamics.
- Power Platform Solutions: Design and implement business logic using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline operations.
- Conversational AI: Create and maintain chatbots using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Power Virtual Agents.
- API & Integration: Design RESTful APIs in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core to connect internal and external systems. You will be responsible for securing endpoints using OAuth 2.0 and Azure AD.
- Security & Administration: Manage Security Roles (business units, permissions, validations) and handle configuration for users, licenses, languages, and views, providing necessary support.
- Quality Assurance: Execute unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit, Postman, and Swagger to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Future Growth: Collaborate on the transition towards Python-based AI and Machine Learning initiatives as the product roadmap evolves.
- JavaScript Expert: Deep proficiency in JavaScript is mandatory. You must be capable of writing clean, efficient, and complex code for client-side interactions and the Dynamics 365 Client API.
- Dynamics 365 Core Mastery: Proven experience with the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 implementation (On-prem & Cloud).
- Strong .NET Stack: Senior-level proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design.
- DevOps & Testing Practices: Experience with automated testing tools (xUnit/NUnit) and API documentation/testing (Swagger, Postman).
- Problem Solver: Ability to configure complex security roles and business logic without over-customizing when standard features suffice.
- Python Proficiency: Interest or experience in Python for future AI/ML layers.
- Modern Frontend Frameworks: Experience with React or Angular is a plus.
- DevOps Maturation: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics solutions.
- Healthcare Experience: Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare interoperability standards
