Objetivo:
Cumplir con el cupo de ventas establecido para el departamento, a través de las ventas telefónicas y fidelización del cliente externo, para lograr la consecución de los objetivos departamentales y empresariales.
Funciones:
- Cumplir con el cupo de ventas mensual aprobado.
- Registrar de forma ordenada los datos de clientes en el sistema CRM.
- Realizar llamadas diarias a clientes de la base de datos.
- Enviar cotizaciones a clientes.
- Ingresar ofertas al sistema CRM.
- Asesorar al cliente en todo lo relacionado al portafolio de productos.
- Conseguir mensualmente nuevos clientes.
- Atención telefónica a todos los clientes.
