Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting processes, including invoicing, adjustments, credits, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely payment of all sales taxes and manage related compliance requirements.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial entries and reporting, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date data.
• Retrieve documents using Dropbox and coordinate with team members via Monday.com.
• Communicate with clients via email to follow up on payments and invoicing details.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and familiarity with Dropbox and Monday.com.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills for client interactions.

Salary Range:

$1,500 (USD) per year.
