Job DutiesBajo supervisión general, promueve excelentes relaciones con el cliente en el sitio de trabajo. Planifica y realiza los cálculos necesarios para la gestión de fluidos en el pozo según sea necesario.
Coordina las actividades y brinda orientación a los operadores durante el montaje, desmontaje y la preparación del equipo para realizar un trabajo.
Asegura la satisfacción del cliente con el trabajo realizado. Es responsable de la gestión del inventario de productos químicos en el sitio del pozo. Puede realizar la recopilación y distribución de datos en los trabajos.Es responsable de llevar a cabo las operaciones de acuerdo con los parámetros del diseño de fluidos y el plan del trabajo.
Coordina la limpieza, reparación y preparación del equipo para el siguiente trabajo. Utiliza procesos de desarrollo de competencias para mejorar las habilidades de los empleados y el desempeño laboral.Las tareas del puesto, si se realizan correctamente, impactan directamente en el control de costos, la eficiencia y la rentabilidad de las operaciones.
Debe poseer habilidades excepcionales dentro de la línea de servicio y tener una comprensión general de otras funciones de servicio.
Debe tener conocimientos de normas de HSE, métodos de trabajo y directrices.Lidera reuniones de seguridad antes y después del trabajo para promover la conciencia sobre la seguridad y el cuidado del medio ambiente.
Promueve y participa activamente en los procesos de calidad y mejora continua.Qualifications
Título de Bachillerato Técnico o de Tecnología completado.
2 o más años de experiencia desempeñándose con categoría de Supervisor de Fracturas/Estimulación.
7 o más años de experiencia en operaciones de fractura y estimulación.
Promueve los estándares de HSE de la compañía, cumpliendo con todos los procedimientos.
