The company supports customers across the greater Los Angeles area, delivering high-quality on-site services through a team of field technicians and project coordinators.
They focus on providing reliable service, clear communication, and efficient scheduling from initial inquiry through project completion.About The Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Client Services Virtual Assistant to support the company's client communication and scheduling operations.
This person will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups are handled efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with high call volume, and able to keep systems, calendars, and client records up to date while delivering a smooth customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound client phone calls
Respond to client text messages and emails in a timely and professional manner
Schedule virtual consultations and on-site visits
Manage and maintain calendars for consultations and site appointments
Enter, update, and maintain accurate client information in the CRM
Track and complete daily call goals and assigned administrative tasks
Conduct client follow-ups to confirm appointments and next steps
Ensure a smooth handoff from initial inquiry to scheduled service
Support additional administrative and client service tasks as needed
Requirements
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience handling client-facing communication by phone, email, and text
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with CRMs and scheduling tools
Ability to manage a high volume of client interactions
Ability to work independently and follow established processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support
Familiarity with construction, home services, or trade-based businesses
Experience working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate:
$14–$16 USD per hour
Monthly Equivalent:
$2,200– $2,500 USD
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
